ExoDisc® D20 (20 nm)
Discs have 6 wells (filter units) for sample loading at 1 mL each. This pack of 10 discs is specific to liquid samples with low particle concentration or low contaminating proteins, such as cell culture supernatant (CCS) and urine.
- It utilizes a 20 nm pore-size membrane filter to isolate and concentrate EVs of 20 nm and above (Typically processes 5–10 mL per unit depending on sample concentration).
- The expected recovery is 85~95%.
- It is stable for 9 months from the manufacturing date in the fridge if unopened.
- Once opened, it should be stored at dry room temperature but is recommended to be used as quickly as possible.
- It cannot be reused once a unit is used.
