ExoPRISM CCS & Urine
- This kit is specific to cell culture supernatant (CCS) and urine samples.
- It uses low-molecular-weight electrolytes instead of PEG polymer to prevent polymeric contamination.
- It features a quick reaction between the reagents and the sample within 10 minutes. (Incubation can be extended up to 1 hour to improve yield under serum-free conditions.)
- The kit includes Reagent B (precipitation) and Reagent C (washing) for 20 reactions, based on a 5 mL sample volume per reaction.
- Combined with a 100 kDa commercial filter, it yields approximately 25 µL of final concentrated EV solution from starting sample.
- It is fully compatible with both protein and nucleic acid analysis.
- Reagents should be stored at room temperature (15–30°C)
