ExoPRISM Plasma & Serum
- This kit is specific to plasma and serum samples.
- It uses low-molecular-weight electrolytes instead of PEG polymer to eliminate polymeric contaminants.
- Major protein contaminants like albumin and fibrinogen are effectively removed during the procedure.
- The kit includes Reagent P (precipitation) and Reagent Q (washing) for 20 reactions, based on a 1 mL sample volume per reaction.
- Combined with a 100 kDa commercial filter, it yields approximately 100 µL of final concentrated EV solution from starting sample.
- It provides optimized workflows for both nucleic acid analysis and protein analysis.
- Reagents should be stored at room temperature (15–30°C).
